Cause

Name resolution issue with backup network, or with NMM using FQDN of DAG.

Resolution

Check and fix:
  • Name resolution of both production and backup network
  • If FQDN of DAG is specified, try using short name
  • Check that the Server Network Interface defined for the client is resolvable from the client
It may be necessary to use host-file entries so that the client & server can resolve the backup network interface names correctly.
