Symptoms

Alienware 그래픽 증폭기가 장착된 Windows 10 Alienware 노트북에서 알림 메시지가 작동하지 않음

 

Alienware 노트북에서 AGA(Alienware Graphic Amplifier)를 분리하면 바로 가기 기능 키를 눌러도 토스트 알림이 표시되지 않습니다. 즉, AGA의 연결을 끊을 수 없습니다.

이 문제는 중복 모드에서 외부 모니터로 출력할 때 발생합니다.

이는 다음 Alienware 제품에 영향을 미칩니다.(AGA 포트와 함께 제공되는 모든 Alienware 노트북)

  • Alienware 13 R2 및 R3
  • Alienware 15 R2, R3 및 R4
  • Alienware 17 R3, R4 및 R5
  • Alienware Area-51m
  • Alienware Area-51m R2
  • Alienware m15 R1, R2, R3 및 R4
  • Alienware m17 R1, R2, R3 및 R4

Cause

노트북의 문제가 아닙니다. Windows Focus Assist는 바로 가기를 차단하여 대부분의 팝업과 알림을 차단합니다.

Resolution

다음 단계에 따라 알림을 활성화합니다.

  1. Windows 바탕 화면의 오른쪽 하단에 있는 알림 센터 아이콘을 클릭합니다.

    또는 다음으로 이동합니다. 설정 > 시스템 > 포커스 지원

  2. 기본적으로 노트북이 복제 모드인 경우 초점 지원은 알람만 으로 설정됩니다.

    관리 센터 1단계 및 2단계

  3. 알림을 Off 또는 Priority only로 변경합니다. (Priority only를 선택하면 애플리케이션을 수동으로 추가해야 합니다.)

  4. 알림이 OFF로 변경되면 기능 키 Fn + F1 단축키를 누르고 AGA를 연결 해제합니다.

    Action Center 3단계

  5. 예를 클릭하여 Alienware 그래픽 증폭기를 분리합니다.
