Increasing the CIFS log level of the system will help capture additional information to help trouble-shoot the issue.

- 4.1.5.0 and above

INSTRUCTION

Access the Restorer using telnet, SSH, or serial direct connect.
At the command prompt, type:cifs option set loglevel 3
- Upload logs to the support server.
support upload bundle
- Reset the log level.
cifs option reset loglevel
- If you have been working with a support engineer and have a case created, please inform the support engineer that you have uploaded logs.
