增加系統的 CIFS 記錄層級有助於擷取其他資訊，以協助故障診斷問題。

適用於

  • 所有 Datadomain 系統 （不包括 DD200）

  • 4.1.5.0 及更新版本
  • CIFS

指令

  1. 使用 telnet、SSH 或序列直接連線存取 Restorer。

    在命令提示字元中，輸入： 
    cifs option set loglevel 3
  2. 將記錄上傳至支援伺服器。 
    support upload bundle
  3. 重設記錄層級。 
    cifs option reset loglevel
  4. 如果您一直在與支援工程師合作並建立了案例，請通知支援工程師您已上傳日誌。
