  • 모든 Data Domain 시스템(DD200 제외)

  • 4.1.5.0 이상
  • CIFS

명령

  1. Telnet, SSH 또는 직렬 직접 연결을 사용하여 Restorer에 액세스합니다.

    명령 프롬프트에서 다음을 입력합니다. 
    cifs option set loglevel 3
  2. 지원 서버에 로그를 업로드합니다. 
    support upload bundle
  3. 로그 레벨을 재설정합니다. 
    cifs option reset loglevel
  4. 지원 엔지니어와 함께 작업하고 케이스를 생성한 경우 지원 엔지니어에게 로그를 업로드했다고 알려주십시오.
