システムのCIFSログ レベルを上げると、問題のトラブルシューティングに役立つ追加情報を取得するのに役立ちます。

該当製品：

  • すべてのDataDomainシステム(DD200を除く)

  • 4.1.5.0以降
  • CIFS

命令

  1. telnet、SSH、またはシリアル直接接続を使用してRestorerにアクセスします。

    コマンド プロンプトで、次のように入力します。 
    cifs option set loglevel 3
  2. サポート サーバーにログをアップロードします。 
    support upload bundle
  3. ログ レベルをリセットします。 
    cifs option reset loglevel
  4. サポート エンジニアと連携してケースを作成した場合は、ログをアップロードしたことをサポート エンジニアに通知してください。
