Problem:     
  • Hur du samlar in grundläggande systeminformation och information från en IDPA-enhet.
Gäller:    
  • Alla Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA) 
  • Alla mjukvaruversioner
Konfigurationsfilen (PDF) innehåller följande information:    
  • IDPA-serienummer (Serienumret finns även på produktens serienummertagg på baksidan av IDPA. Serienumret har ett artikelnummer som börjar med 900-xxx-xxx)
  • PowerEdge-servicetagg
  • IDPA Modellnummer
  • Komponentserienummer (Avamar, DPA och Data Domain)
  • Komponentversioner (Avamar, DD, DPSearch, DPA och DPC)
  • FQDN för alla komponenter
  • LDAP/AD-information
  • Information om NDMP acceleratornod (om aktiverat)
  • vCenter-information
  • ESXi-information
  • Plats-ID
  • Tidszon
  • SMTP-serverinformation
  • Information om SNMP
  • IDPA-värdnamn och IP-adress
Obs! PDF-filen för enhetskonfigurationen innehåller INTE Dells service tag eller iDRAC IP (se avsnittet "Anmärkningar" för mer information om service tag).

   
  • ACM-instrumentpanel (GUI)

  1. Logga in på ACM-instrumentpanelen (https://< värdnamn eller IP>:8543/dataprotection/#/dashboard)
  2. Klicka på knappen PDF-bild högst upp till höger för att ladda ner PDF-filen "Integrated Data Protection Appliance Configuration".

  • SSH på ACM CLI
SSH på ACM CLI:   
  1. SSH (t.ex. via PuTTY) till ACM-maskinen
  2. Kör kommandot:
