Integration Data Protection Appliance needs Authenticated SMTP for which there is no support.
Resolution
Authenticated SMTP support is being added IDPA. There is no confirmed release timeline since the IDPA Appliance is dependent upon Avamar to provide this support first.
With IDPA version 2.5, DD, and DPA support for Secure SMTP is anticipated, but this remains to be confirmed.
