The CMOS battery has failed

在更換電池之前，可能會遇到未預期的系統行為。

Cause

如果電池電壓降至閾值以下，則會發佈警示 （EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00032）。系統電池 （亦即幣式電池、CMOS 或 RTC） 具有最小電壓閾值，可按預期運作。任何低於給定閾值的讀數都將被視為電池故障，應立即更換。

若為舊版 Data Domain 系統，電壓必須為 > 2.2 電壓。

若為 PowerProtect Data Domain 系統，電壓必須為 > 3v。

Resolution

對於所有舊版 Data Domain 系統：
  • Dell Technologies 無庫存系統電池。
  • 必須派送替換 SP。
若為目前的 PowerProtect Data Domain 系統：
  • PowerProtect （DD3300、DD6900、DD9400、DD9900 或更新型號）
  • 必須派送替換的系統電池。
