Cause

Transient parity Error stalling the CPU causing the panic.

This only affects C3-based platforms with MPC8548 which is the DS-6520B switch. 

This is Brocade DEFECT000623098.

Resolution

Fix:
Upgrade to Fabric OS 8.1.0, 8.0.2a, 7.4.2, and 7.4.1-CEE-e3. 

As of May 2017 Dell EMC have released Fabric OS 8.1.0a and 7.4.2 which include the fix for this defect.
