Symptoms
Serviceplan mislukt tijdens ontkoppelen.
Cause
AppSync serverlogboek
We sturen de agent om de doelapparaten op te schonen, maar dan krijgen we het antwoord niet binnen 5 minuten terug, waardoor er een time-out optreedt voor de server.

Resolution
1. C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Controleer of het XMS IP-adres zich in het hosts-bestand op de AppSync Server bevindt.
2. C:\EMC\AppSync\jboss\standalone\configuration\standalone.xml.
Wijzig de waarde van standaard 300 in nieuwe waarde 1200 seconds - coordinator-environment default-timeout=1200
3. We hebben Alle instellingen beheren gewijzigd.
Wijzig de waarde van standaard 3600 in nieuwe waarde 7200 seconden voor sftp.timeout.in.seconds Value=7200
4. De AppSync Server moet opnieuw worden opgestart om de STANDALONE.XML nieuwe waarde in werking te laten treden.
Controleer of het XMS IP-adres zich in het hosts-bestand op de AppSync Server bevindt.
