Cause
AppSync 伺服器記錄
我們派代理程式清理目標裝置，但隨後卻無法在 5 分鐘內收到回應，導致伺服器逾時。

Resolution
1.C：\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
檢查以確保 XMS IP 位於 AppSync 伺服器上的主機檔案中。
2.C：\EMC\AppSync\jboss\standalone\configuration\standalone.xml。
將值從預設的 300 變更為新值 1200 秒 - 協調器-環境 default-timeout=1200
3.我們變更了「管理所有設定」。
將 sftp.timeout.in.seconds 的值從預設的 3600 變更為新值 7200 秒 值 = 7200
4.必須重新啟動 AppSync 伺服器，才能使新值STANDALONE.XML生效。
檢查以確保 XMS IP 位於 AppSync 伺服器上的主機檔案中。
