SupportAssist Enterprise -“Unable to configure SNMP”（无法配置 SNMP）

SupportAssist Enterprise应能够自动配置远程SNMP设备。在某些情况下，此功能不起作用，而需要手动配置。

1.症状描述

在 SupportAssist Enterprise 中添加服务器后，将显示以下错误“Unable to configure SNMP”（无法配置 SNMP）。正常情况是应该自动配置远程设备。




对于 Windows，单击错误描述将会显示以下消息或类似的消息：

SNMP settings of the device could not be configured because all te configurable fields of the integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) are occupied.
Error code: 5000_3（无法配置设备的 SNMP 设置，因为 integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) 的所有可配置字段都已被占用。错误代码：5000_3）

 

2.SupportAssist Enterprise 中的选项“Configure SNMP”

作为第一步，请使用 SupportAssist Enterprise 控制台选择服务器，然后选择选项“Configure SNMP”。
SupportAssist Enterprise 将尝试在远程设备上应用该配置。

如果它不起作用，请转至步骤 3（在 Windows 中）或步骤 4（在 iDRAC 中）手动配置设备。
 


 

3.在 Windows 操作系统中配置 IP 目标

 
使用“Services”菜单导航到本地计算机的“SNMP Service Properties”。
在“Traps”选项卡中，请添加 SupportAssist Enterprise 服务器的 IP 地址。




几秒钟后，您应该会在控制台中发现该设备，并且状态将变为“Ok”。


 

 

 

 

4.在 iDRAC 中配置 IP 目标

请通过菜单中的选项Overview、Server、Alerts 导航到远程 iDRAC，最后再导航到“SNMP and Email Settings”选项卡。
然后，手动添加 SupportAssist Enterprise 服务器的 IP，然后单击 Apply。



 

 

 

几秒钟后，您应该会在控制台中发现该设备，并且状态将变为“Ok”。
