Problema:
Em servidores Dell PowerEdge de 12 ou 13 G com a versão de firmware iDRAC 2.10.10.10 ou superior instalada, o
status da bateria CMOS no OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) pode ser exibido como "
desconhecido".
Por que isso que ocorre:
Com o firmware iDRAC 2.10.10.10, a resolução de SNMP foi alterada. Por isso, o status da bateria não pode ser solucionado corretamente pelo OMSA 7.x.
Solução:
Atualização do OMSA para a versão 8.1 ou superior.
