Users may encounter incorrect battery capacity information reported in the OS when the battery is removed from the Latitude 5310 2-in-1 while running on the AC adapter only.

Resolution

As a workaround, boot to the BIOS to verify the battery status.

 

The permanent fix will be included in OS Win10 20H1(build: 19041.84). Upgrade the OS once the new build is available to fix the issue permanently.
