  1. Log in to the Windows computer.
  2. In the Windows System Tray, right-click the Netskope Client icon and then select About.

  3. Record the Version. In the example, 66.0.0.327 is the Version.

CLI

  1. As an administrator, right-click the Windows start menu and then click Run.

  2. In the Run UI, type cmd and then press Enter.

  3. In Command Prompt, type wmic product where name='Netskope Client' get version and then press Enter.

  4. Record the Version. In the example, 70.0.0.391 is the product version.

Installer

  1. Right-click NSClient[TENANTSPECIFICINFO].msi and select Properties.

  2. Click the Details tab.

  3. The version is located within Subject. Record the version. In the example, 69.2.0.373 is the Version.

  2. In the menu bar, select the Netskope Client icon and then select About.

Terminal

  1. From the Apple menu, click Go and then select Utilities.

  3. In Terminal, type defaults read /Library/Application\ Support/Netskope/STAgent/Netskope\ Client.app/Contents/Info.plist CFBundleShortVersionString and then press Enter.

  5. Type exit and then press Enter.

Android

The Android Netskope Client version can be identified through the user interface (UI).

  1. Select the Netskope Client application.
