This article provides information on"How to remove the SD card, smart card, PC/express card and phone SIM on a Dell Latitude E6410 system."

Note: During installation or removal of any hardware, always ensure all data is backed up properly, disconnect any telephone, network or USB cables from the computer and disconnect the computer and any attached devices from their electrical outlets.

1. Removing the SD Card

 

  1. Press on the card to release it.

  2. Slide the SD card out of the system and remove.

2. Removing the Smart Card

 

  1. Locate the smart card.
