Cause

El transmisor intenta obtener el reconocimiento de desduplicación; la capa inferior da el error RDE_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR. Este error no se maneja explícitamente.

Resolution

Solución alternativa:
Desactive la desduplicación en todos los grupos de coherencia siguiendo los pasos que se indican a continuación:
  1. Seleccione Protection >Manage Protection.
  2. En el panel izquierdo, seleccione un grupo de coherencia.
  3. En el panel derecho, haga clic en la pestaña Link Policy .
    1. En el diagrama Seleccionar, establecer una política, seleccione el vínculo pertinente.
    2. Desmarque la casilla de verificación Enable Deduplication .
  4. Haga clic en el botón Aplicar .
Resolución:
