Cause
Durante uma expansão de nó, o VxRail Manager (VRM) obtém todas as informações de IP dos nós existentes. Nesse caso, o IPv6 é desativado em um ou mais nós, o que faz com que o VRM não obtenha as informações.
Os nós existentes do VxRail Cluster devem ter as vmks abaixo e vmk0 habilitadas com IPv6:
Resolution
Para resolver esse problema:
- Faça log-in no vSphere.
- Mover para ESXi ->Configuração ->Adaptadores VMkernel -> vmk0 da rede "VxRail Management-XXX".
- Edite a configuração de vmk0 -> Vá para a página de configurações do ipv6 -> selecione "Obter endereço IPV6 automaticamente por meio do anúncio do roteador".
- Vá para a página "IP Settings" do vmk0 e verifique o resultado esperado:

- Repita a ação Add host.
Se a guia "IPv6 settings" não estiver disponível, siga o procedimento do VMware para ativar o IPv6 (reinicialização do host necessária): Ativar ou desativar o suporte a IPv6 em um host
