Cause
之前的 Java 卸载保留在文件后面：
“C：\Windows\Sun\Java\Deployment\DeploymentRuleSet.jar”
Resolution
在 NMC 客户端上，重命名或删除“C：\Windows\Sun\Java\Deployment”目录。
