Symptoms

報告的備份錯誤相同：
  • NetWorker 管理主控台 （NMC） 工作流程備份失敗，通過儲存庫並顯示錯誤，並指向「NSR_BACKUP_SCRIPT」未設定。

  • NMDA PostgreSQL 記錄檔在 nsr/apps/logs/nsroappbackup_OAPP_year_month_day.hh_mm_ss.processID.log 257129 下，回報來自用戶端的相同錯誤，如下例所示：

Cause

備份層級設定不正確，且組態檔案不相符：
  • 備份組態的備份層級設為增量 （Incr）：

  • 用戶端的 /nsr/apps/config/postgresconfig.cfg 設為 Full：

Resolution

更正 NMC 中與 postgresconfig.cfg 相符的工作流程組態備份層級。
