Symptoms
- NetWorker Module for Microsoft(NMM)SQLバックアップは、SQLクラスターに対して実行されます。
- バックアップはSQLトランザクション ログをトランケートできず、ワークフロー ログに次のメッセージが表示され、バックアップがフルにプロモートされます。
Unable to find any full backup of the save set "xxxxdb1.dell.com:MSSQL" in the media database. Recommending that a full backup be performed.
Cause
コードの変更はバージョン19.7.0.xで導入され、この問題が発生しました。 NetWorkerは逆引き参照を無効にしています。ただし、クラスター関連のコードは、仮想ホスト名の代わりに仮想IPアドレスを使用しています。
Resolution
対処方法:
次のいずれかのオプションを使用できます。
1. NMC上のSQLクラスターの仮想ホスト名のエイリアスに仮想IPアドレスを追加します。
メモ: エイリアス フィールドは、クライアント プロパティの[Globals (1/2)]タブにあります。
2.NetWorkerサーバーとクライアントの/nsr/debugの下に「enable_rdns_lookup」という空のファイルを作成します。
