Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery auto-updates to the latest version. To verify the version, please follow these steps:
- Go to Control Panel.
- Programs -> Programs and Features.
- Find "Dell SupportAssist Remediation" and "Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin".
- Verify that the version of these programs is 5.5.13.2 or later.
Alternatively, if the Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery is launched, please check the version from “About” on the application.

- If the version is older than 5.5.13.2, please follow these steps to install the remediated version.
- Launch SupportAssist application from Windows Start menu.
