Note:
  • If you have purchased CrowdStrike from Dell before February 2023, this article details how to get Dell ProSupport for Software for CrowdStrike.
  • If you have purchased CrowdStrike from Dell during or after February 2023, you are entitled to direct CrowdStrike support. From your Falcon console, you can open tickets directly with the CrowdStrike support team. To open a ticket with the CrowdStrike support team, click the menu button in the upper left, click Support and Resources, and then select Support Portal.

Customers who have purchased CrowdStrike through Dell before February 2023 may get support by contacting Dell Data Security support.

  • A service tag is provided at the time of purchase and is required for support.
