Síntomas

Bij een poging om Avamar 19.4 proxy's te upgraden naar 19.7, mislukt de implementatiemanager.

De volgende fout is te zien in deploymanager.log. 
 ERROR [io-8543-exec-10][             impl.ProxyService#      getProxyApp]: Access denied, check AvamarCIM password

Het AvamarCIM-gebruikerswachtwoord is niet gewijzigd.

Causa

De hoofdoorzaak is nog niet geïdentificeerd.

Resolución

Oplossing:
1- Verwijder de 19.4 proxy's handmatig uit Avamar en sluit deze af in vCenter.
2- Gebruik de bestaande proxy's hostnamen en IP-adressen om de 19.7 proxy's opnieuw uit te voeren.
