Síntomas

Instant Access fails with this error in the Avamar UI.
"ERROR Query create VM failed to start with error: RuntimeFault.summary NKP1 not found key provider NKP1 not found"

Error the vmir.log 
vmir Error <42570>: Query create VM failed to start with error: RuntimeFault.summary
vmir Error <0000>: Failed to create VM

Causa

The root cause is VMware related.

Resolución

The ESX host must be removed and readded to the cluster, and the Encryption settings must be changed.
Work with VMware Support, if required.
