Bij het uitvoeren van Microsoft Windows 7 of 8.1 met de Microsoft Hyper-V virtualisatiesoftware op uw eindpunten, wordt aanbevolen om Dell Encryption versie 8.7.1 of hoger te implementeren. Als eerdere versies van Dell Encryption worden geïmplementeerd met de Hyper-V-software, kunnen er ernstige problemen optreden, zoals computercrashes, een blauw of zwart scherm waarvoor een Dell Encryption dataherstel moet worden uitgevoerd.

Als u Windows 10 en Hyper-V gebruikt, is het raadzaam om Dell Encryption versie 8.13 of hoger te implementeren.
