Sintomi

The computer shows " Alert! Unknown AC power adapter, may affect performance" (Figure 1).

Affected Platforms:

Causa

AC adapter cable is not fully connected.

Risoluzione

The error message can be resolved but ensuring the AC adapter cable is correctly connected to the laptop (Figure 2 & 3).
