Sintomi

PowerProtect Data Manager 19.13 NAS Unity backup fails with errors: 
   NAS agent error code 'ABNA0009'
OR 
   NAS agent error code 'ABF0001'
WARN: <0000> linuxsecurity::init(/CADFiles$/CAD/System Volume Information) getxattr(system.cifs_ntsd) failed with errno=13

argumentValue": "Unable to backup the ACLS, ACLs intialization failed for the element \/CADFiles$\/CAD\/System Volume Information
Browsing the CIFS share from a Windows machine gives the error: 
"Windows cannot access  \\caoaknas01\CADFiles$\CAR\System\Volume Information"

Causa

/CADFiles$/CAD/System Volume Information cannot be accessed due to wrong permissions.

Risoluzione

Windows could access CIFS share \\caoaknas01\CADFiles$\CAR\System\Volume Information, after changing the permission of /CADFiles$/CAD/System Volume Information, and the PowerProtect Data Manager backup completed successfully.
