現象

Proxy Deployment Manager(PDM)を使用してAvamarユーザー インターフェイス(AUI)またはAvamar管理者コンソールで推奨事項を作成できません。

原因

解決方法

Avamarバージョン19.x以降の場合:

  1. 次のバックアップを作成します。 mcserver.xml をクリックし、RabbitMQのパスワードを mcserver.xml デフォルトに変更 'Avamar_Rabbit' ファイルを編集します。
cp -p /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/mcserver.xml /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/x-mcserver.xml

vi /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/mcserver.xml
  1. [Change]を <entry key="rabbitmqAP" デフォルトのパスワードに設定する 'Avamar_Rabbit'の詳細を確認してください。

  1. 管理コンソール サービス(MCS)を管理者ユーザーとして再起動します。
mcserver.sh --restart --force

./goav rabbitmq reset
  • MCSとTomcatの再起動を承認するようユーザーに求める
  • RabbitMQサービスを停止します
  • RabbitMQを削除します mnesia データベース

  • shovelの削除

  • AvamarおよびゲストRabbitMQユーザーの認証情報を更新します。
  • メッセージ ブローカーを開始します。
  • Tomcatを再起動します
  • MCSを再起動します
