現象

SupportAssistを使用すると、アラートが生成されます。

The SupportAssist metadata partition has less than xx% of its drive space left. Your SupportAssist function may be affected. Contact your service provider to solve it.

CLIからのログ ファイル /EMC/backend/log_shared/EMCSystemLogFile.log 示します：

原因

のログ ファイルのサイズ /EMC/backend/CEM/ese/hostmnt ディレクトリーがアラートの主な理由でした。この問題は、 /EMC/backend/CEM/ese/hostmnt ディレクトリーが使用可能な領域の80%を使用しました。

解決方法

アラートをクリアするには、Dell Unityの解決策に従います。UnisphereでSupportAssistに「Unreachable」と表示されている (お客様とパートナーはログインして表示する必要がある)ため、SupportAssistのクリーンアップを実行してください
この /EMC/backend/CEM/ese/hostmnt ログを自動的にローテーションしてスペースを解放します。

2026年4月23日更新

  • このメッセージが表示されている間にOEのアップグレードが実行されると、SupportAssistが無効になる問題が報告されています。
  • 一部のOEバージョンでは、OEのアップグレード プロセスにSupportAssistのアップグレードが含まれています。
  • SupportAssistメタデータが保存されているパーティションに十分な空き領域がない場合、SupportAssistが無効になることがあります。
  • OEをアップグレードする前に、SupportAssistクリーンアップを実行し、必要な修正を適用することをお勧めします。
