現象
You may experience one of both of the following behaviors:
- The volume goes to 100 percent when playing music or video through the monitor's integrated speakers.
- The sound becomes muted after the on-screen menu (OSD) disappears while audio is playing.

原因
Older versions of Dell Display and Peripheral Manager (DDPM) are trying to keep the system volume and monitor volume synchronized. This can cause the volume to change unexpectedly.
解決方法
Dell Display and Peripheral Manager
Updating to Dell Display and Peripheral Manager (DDPM) version 2.2.0.19 or later resolves this issue.
