NVP vProxy : Les sauvegardes de machines virtuelles SQL Server 2022 échouent avec l’erreur « Impossible de se connecter à l’instance SQL Server... Error Code = 1359.' »

• Les sauvegardes cohérentes des applications SQL Server 2022 (MSVMAPPAGENT) ont été configurées à l’aide de l’appliance vProxy NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP).
• La sauvegarde de la machine virtuelle échoue avec l’erreur suivante consignée dans le log de la session de sauvegarde de la machine virtuelle:

L’appliance vProxy utilise MSVMAPPAGENT 19.4.0.0.

NetWorker 19.4.0.0 ne prend pas en charge SQL Server 2022.

Ce problème a été signalé aux ingénieurs NetWorker. Une future version vProxy prendra en charge SQL Server 2022. Cet article de la base de connaissances sera mis à jour une fois qu’une version sera déterminée.

Contournement:
Installez le client NetWorker et les packages NetWorker Module for Microsoft (NMM) sur la machine SQL Server 2022. Les deux packages doivent être au minimum de 19.7.0.x. Les sauvegardes SQL peuvent être obtenues à l’aide du logiciel client NMM.
