说明

Web UI Procedure

  1. Log in to the DM5500 or DM5510 Web User Interface.
  2. Click Cog wheel icon for configuration changes at the upper right, click Logs, and then a window opens.
  3. If there are existing logs, they show in the window sorted by date. Click Create to generate a new log bundle. If a log is already created go to step 4.
  4. To download the log bundle, click the Download icon next to the bundle name in the Bundle Name column.
  5. To delete the log bundle, select the checkbox to the left of log bundle and click Delete, then Click Ok on the warning message to confirm the deletion.
NOTE:
  • If there is a failure in creating the log bundle, a yellow triangle displays next to the bundle name. Hover over the yellow triangle to see the components for which the log bundle creation failed.
  • When log bundle creation is in progress, cannot initiate another log bundle creation as the Create button is disabled until the log bundle is created.
  • The Log Capacity indicates the available space (in GB) on the disk for log bundles and the percentage of the disk in use for log bundle storage.
  • If the log bundle's size reaches the maximum capacity, log bundles cannot be created. Delete a few log bundles to proceed with creating log bundles. The Log Capacity bar turns red if the log bundle capacity is more than 80 percent.

  2. Use the following command (The period at the end is required):
scp admin@<PPOE IP>:/data06/logbundles/<log bundle file name> .
  1. Enter admin password:

command line showing output of scp admin@<PPOE IP>:/data06/logbundles/<log bundle file name>

WinSCP cannot connect directly to /data06 and does not work to download logs from PPOE.
