升級至 5.3 後，無法啟用 Support Assist with SCG （Gateway Server）。出現以下錯誤：
 
作業失敗。Error code:
0x6400bee無法執行此作業，因為尚未設定 Connect Home。（錯誤代碼：0x6400bee）

cemtracer_emcsupport.log 顯示下列錯誤：

沒有設定「from」的電子郵件地址： 
uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail

      SMTP server         = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
      E-mail from address = (none)@emc.com  

原因

若要在 5.3 中啟用 Support Assist，Connectemc 需要有「from」電子郵件地址。

解决方案

請遵循這些步驟輸入虛設的傳送程式位址，並設定 Support Assist：
  1. 取得目前的 SMTP 伺服器與「uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail」
  2. 使用虛設的 --sendermail 重新設定連線主機： 
    svc_connectemc --enable  --sendermail test@test.com
  3. 設定 Support Assist with SCG
