症狀

  • The NetWorker Management Console (NMC) user interface shows a pop-up message "Internal Server Error. Please refer to console log for more details."
  • The message opens when clicking resources in the Protection tab in the NMC.
  • Policies under the Protection tab are not visible in NMC.
  • The NMC logged a Java exception-

原因

Incorrect schedule configured in the NSR Protection Policy resource. The schedule configured in the policy does not exist as a NSR schedule resource.

解析度

Edit the policy to reflect the correct schedule. Compare the name of the schedule configured in the policy with the names in the NSR schedule resource.
For example,  if the schedule in the policy is "db_log" while in the NSR schedule the resource is called "DB_LOG", then replace the schedule in the policy with "DB_LOG".
