Removing 2.5–inch hard drive assembly

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer .
  2. Remove the cover.
  3. To remove the 2.5-inch drive assembly:
    1. Disconnect the SATA cable and power cable from the drive [1].
    2. Push the tab to release drive assembly from the chassis [2].Figure displaying disconnect the cable and push the tab
