Removing speaker

Steps

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. base cover
    2. battery
    3. keyboard trim
    4. keyboard
    5. WLAN card
    6. WWAN card (optional)
    7. hard drive assembly(optional)
    8. SSD card
    9. memory module
    10. coin cell battery
    11. system fan
    12. heat sink
    13. chassis frame
    14. system board
  3. To remove the speakers:
    1. Release the speaker cable through the routing channels [1].
    2. Lift the speaker away from the computer [2].
