When you enable TpmClear, TPM ownership is cleared at the next boot, and the system firmware sets the value of TpmClear to disabled. When you disable TpmClear, TPM ownership remains unchanged.
NOTE:
Admin password is required to enable or disable this feature using Dell Command | Configure.
