OpenManage Enterprise–Tech Release ダッシュボードを使用したデバイス保証の管理

OpenManage Enterprise–Tech Release ダッシュボードページの ウィジェット セクションでは、保証 セクションに有効期限の終了が近いかすでに終了しているデバイスの数が表示されます。デバイスの保証の管理の詳細については、「デバイス保証の管理」を参照してください。

有効期限の終了が近い保証のリストを表示するには、保証 をクリックします。保証 ダイアログボックスで、サービスタグと共に、次の情報が表示されます。
  • デバイスのサービスタグ、モデル名、およびモデルタイプ。
  • 保証タイプ：
    • 初期：OpenManage Enterprise–Tech Release を最初に購入した際に提供される保証を使用することにより、保証は引き続き有効です。
    • 延長：OpenManage Enterprise–Tech Release を最初に購入した際に提供される保証期間が期限切れのため、保証が延長されます。
  • サービスレベルの説明：デバイス保証に関連するサービスレベル契約（SLA）を示します。
  • 残りの日数 - 保証が期限切れになるまでの残り日数です。警告を受けるまでの日数を設定できます。「保証設定の管理」を参照してください。
