PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14 Storage Direct User Guide
Storage Direct policies do not support Smart Scale system pools
The storage target list shows all protection storage systems, regardless of membership, but does not show system pools. Therefore, you cannot select a system pool as a policy target. The PowerProtect Data Manager Administrator Guide provides more information about system pools.
