ePSA 진단 실행

  1. 컴퓨터를 켭니다.
  2. 컴퓨터가 부팅될 때 Dell 로고가 나타나면 F12 키를 누릅니다.
  3. 부팅 메뉴 화면에서 Diagnostics(진단) 옵션을 선택합니다.
  4. 왼쪽 하단의 화살표를 클릭합니다. 진단 전면 페이지가 표시됩니다.
  5. 오른쪽 하단 모서리의 화살표를 클릭하여 페이지 목록으로 이동합니다. 감지된 항목이 나열됩니다.
  6. 특정 장치에서만 진단 테스트를 실행하려면 Esc를 누른 다음 Yes(예)를 눌러 진단 테스트를 중지합니다.
  7. 왼쪽 창에서 장치를 선택하고 Run Tests(테스트 실행)을 클릭합니다.
  8. 문제가 발생하면 오류 코드가 표시됩니다. 오류 코드와 인증 번호를 확인하고 Dell사에 문의하십시오.
