Removing Solid State Drive
- Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
- Remove the base cover.
- Disconnect the battery cable from the connector on the system board.
- To remove the Solid State Drive:
- Loosen the two (M2.0 x 3.0) captive screws that secure the Solid State Drive bracket [1].
- Remove the Solid State Drive bracket (optional) [2].
- Remove the Solid State Drive from the system [3].
