Install MyDell Mobile

Prerequisites

  • Ensure that your phone has Android version 7.0 or later installed. For phones running on iOS, ensure that your phone has iOS version 10.0 or later installed.
  • Ensure that you have an active Dell account to use personal devices supported by MyDell Mobile.
  • Ensure that you have an active Google Workspace login account to use small business devices supported by MyDell Mobile.
  • Ensure that you have a valid Dell order for MyDell Mobile supported devices.

Steps

  1. Go to Google Play Store for Android phones and App Store for iOS phones.
  2. Search for MyDell Mobile.
  3. Tap Install on Android phones or tap the download icon on iOS phones.
    The application downloads on your phone.
  4. Once the download is complete, tap Open to launch the MyDell Mobile app.
