Install ndctl -- developer option

When OS is up running, enable the Ethernet and get an IP address

$ ifconfig –a
$ git clone https://github.com/pmem/ndctl.git
$ cd ndctl
$ ./autogen.sh
$ ./configure CFLAGS='-g -O0' --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --libdir=/usr/lib64
$ make
# make install
