Removing the battery
Prerequisites
- Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer
- Remove the microSD card.
- Remove the base cover.
Steps
- Disconnect the battery cable from the connector in the system board.
- Remove the one (M2.0x4.0) screw that secures the battery to the palmrest [1].
- Remove the battery from the computer [2].
