Installing the system board

Steps

  1. Align and place the system board on the computer chassis [1].
  2. Replace the five (M2x3) screws to secure the system board to the computer [2].

  3. Re-connect the display cable [1].
  4. Place the display cable bracket and secure it with the two (M2x2.5) screws [2,3].

  5. Replace the card slot tray [1].
  6. Re-connect the LED board, USH and touchpad cables to the connector on the system board [2,3,4].

  2. Install the LED board.
  3. Install the palmrest bracket.
  4. Install the ssd bracket.
  5. Install the ssd.
  6. Install the battery.
  7. Install the base cover.
