Removing the display bezel

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. battery
    2. optical drive
    3. keyboard
    4. base cover
    5. WLAN card
    6. display assembly
  3. To disconnect the display bezel:
    1. Use a plastic scribe to release the tabs on the edges to release the display bezel from the display assembly.
    2. Remove the display bezel display assembly.
