Downloading the installation file
- Go to www.dell.com/support.
- In the Enter a Service Tag, Serial Number, Service Request... field, type the Service Tag or the model number of your device, and click Search.
- On the product support page, click Drivers & downloads.
- Select the appropriate operating system.
- From the list, locate the file entry and click the download icon.
