Dell Wyse ThinOS Version 9.0 Operating System Release Notes
BIOS features
- BIOS upgrade feature—From this release onwards, you can upload BIOS packages to Wyse Management Suite 2.1 server. If the existing BIOS version is different from the BIOS version that is uploaded, the device restarts and upgrades the BIOS.
NOTE There is a limitation for this feature. When you use the feature for the first time, the BIOS is downloaded even if the existing BIOS version is the same version that is uploaded.
- Changing BIOS settings—You can now change the BIOS settings from the Wyse Management Suite 2.1 server or by using the Admin Policy Tool.
